Event Venue

The 19,840 square foot events venue has a banquet seating capacity of 660
and theater seating for over 850. The main banquet space of nearly 11,500 square feet features an open flex
space, a reception area, a community conference room, a bridal suite, a photographers’ room, a VIP Reception
Room, warming pantry, fitness center, and emerging business shared office space with Wi-Fi and secure lighted
parking for over 500 vehicles curbside.

Hosting an event is stressful enough, At BEC Plex, we partner with the best in class Event Planners to ensure your event is delivered to your satisfaction.  We focus on making your event goals a  reality.  If you have an idea, we will make it happen.


Photography

Photography is a way of capturing the moment.  It captures what we are feeling, thinking, touching, & loving. What we place on film is captured forever… You can trust that our partners will get your memories on film.  Photography,  captures and remembers the little things, long after you have forgotten everything.





Sound & Lighting

Add sound & lighting to your package to create an event to remember.  At BEC Plex, our mission is to provide high quality services to enhance every event.  We partner with Love Muzic Entertainment for  sound and lighting solutions.

Music

Take your event to the next level by adding our music package.  We partner with several music entertainers such as, Christian Sounds Entertainment and Dallas Frazier also known as "Tony D. on the Radio". Fred Williams Music, Kevin Foster and the Ke-Ju Band, and Willie Cofer, SSJC.  Each partner brings a wealth of experience and musical talent.  We offer the right music for every occasion.

Catering

Need Catering Services?  We have you covered, our partners offer Buffet style, Cocktail Party, Casual Dining , BBQ, Vegetarian, Breakfast Menu Items, Southern Cuisine for events such as, wedding receptions, business luncheons,  and more.  One of our premiere catering partners is Mildred's Catering.  Our professional staff comes highly recommended and they are ready to serve you.
